The Halal Standard Institute of Thailand
 
Building trust and acceptance among international consumers requires promoting halal food standards and quality certification by religious organizations as crucial conditions for success. Therefore, in 2003, the government supported the establishment of halal food standards and the creation of a unified national certification system. Therefore, efforts have been made to promote and support the budget for the establishment of the "Thailand Halal Food Standard Institute" under the supervision of the Central Islamic Committee of Thailand, and to support its function in implementing halal food certification standards in Thailand.
