On November 5, the working group from Thailand led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vinai Dahlan, Director of Halal Science Center, Chulalongkorn University and Vice Chairman of the Central Islamic Committee of Thailand, Assoc. Director and Khun Phicha Chimvisit, Deputy Director, Halal Standards Institute of Thailand Under the Central Islamic Committee of Thailand, including Dr. Asacha Suksuwan, Researcher, Halal Science Center, Chulalongkorn University, and Umaradda Mahatan, Thai Consulate-General in Saudi Arabia attended the 13th SMIIC General Assembly Meeting ) At the Hilton Jabal Omar Convention Hotel in Makkah. Saudi Arabia In this General Assembly, there are 37 Member States and 3 other observers: Bosnia and Herzegovina Turkey, Northern Cyprus and Thailand Secretary-General, SMIIC. And the Halal standard. Thailand, one of the academic committees, has played a leading role in Halal science and metrology in drafting standards.
